Texas Went Blue is operated by LazyGirl Industries LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through TexasWentBlue.com, purchases, and customer support.
Information we collect
- Order and checkout information, including your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, contact information you provide, products, sizes, colors, quantities, and order history.
- Account information if you create an account, including your account name and saved addresses.
- Customer support messages, order details, and photographs you send when reporting a problem.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and records needed to operate and protect the website.
- Email subscription preferences and consent information if you choose to join Blue Crew when enrollment is available.
How we use information
We use information to process payments and orders, produce and deliver merchandise, send order confirmations and shipping updates, provide customer support, investigate order problems, prevent fraud, maintain accounts and website functionality, and meet accounting and legal obligations.
Transactional messages are separate from optional marketing. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order or customer service messages.
WordPress, WooCommerce, and service providers
Our website runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. Order and account information is stored through our website and hosting systems. We share relevant information with providers that support our operations:
- PayPal: payment processing, transaction verification, fraud prevention, and eligible card checkout. PayPal receives information needed to process your payment and may collect payment, device, and transaction information under its own privacy practices. We do not independently store complete payment card numbers through our standard PayPal checkout integration. If you choose a PayPal or Fastlane saved-information feature, PayPal manages that feature and its consent choices.
- Printful and shipping carriers: information needed to produce, fulfill, track, and deliver orders, including recipient details, delivery address, purchased merchandise, and relevant delivery contact information.
- Hosting, email, and security providers: information needed to host the site, deliver transactional messages, provide support, and prevent abuse. Where Google reCAPTCHA is used, Google processes information needed for spam and fraud protection under its own terms and privacy practices.
Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to applicable protections.
Blue Crew and Klaviyo email marketing
Blue Crew is our voluntary email community. Our separate Texas Went Blue Klaviyo account is connected to WooCommerce to synchronize relevant customer, product, and order information. Signup forms and automated welcome messages are enabled for controlled prelaunch testing.
Klaviyo processes information such as email addresses, subscription preferences, consent records, and relevant purchasing information. Website activity may be processed when the approved site integration and signup features are enabled, as disclosed at enrollment and in this policy. Ordinary purchases do not automatically enroll customers in promotional emails. Marketing will be sent with applicable consent or as otherwise permitted. You can unsubscribe using the link in promotional emails or contact us to update your preferences. Promotional SMS subscriptions are not currently offered.
Cookies and website functionality
WordPress, WooCommerce, and payment or security providers may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your cart, remember preferences, manage account sessions, support checkout, and protect against fraud. Payment-provider components may have their own cookie practices.
You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent cart, login, or checkout features from working. Any future optional marketing tracking will be described when implemented, with consent or controls where required.
Sharing and external links
We share information as needed with the providers described above, when legally required, to protect customers and our business, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell customer personal information for money. Social profile links lead to external services with their own privacy policies; visiting those services is your choice.
Retention and security
We retain order, transaction, and support records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, address claims, maintain business and tax records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Account information is retained while needed to provide the account or as otherwise required. Optional marketing records will be retained as needed to manage consent and preferences.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need it. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not email complete card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Your privacy choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw optional marketing consent. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to opt out of certain processing or appeal a privacy-request decision. We may verify your identity before responding and may retain information needed for legal, accounting, security, or order-related purposes. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Age requirements and changes
Our store is intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
